Attendee FAQ
How do I join an event?
Open the link your organizer shared — usually /e/event-slug or an invite URL. Sign in (or create an account), then use Agenda and My Schedule.
Do I need a mobile app?
No. Readyhall works in the browser on phone and desktop.
Where is the schedule?
After you join, open the dashboard. Agenda shows the full program; save sessions to build My Schedule.
What is the Event assistant?
If your organizer enabled it, a chat button on event pages opens the Event assistant — a wayfinder for that event only. Ask "when is X", "where is room 201", or "what's on after lunch"; it answers from that event's schedule, rooms, maps, and organizer FAQ, and links you to the session or map. It declines questions outside the event's data rather than guessing.
Where is my check-in QR?
If your organizer enabled check-in, your personal QR sits at the top of Profile, labelled Event check-in QR. Show it at registration. Staff can also type the same code by hand.
How do certificates arrive?
If your organizer issues certificates, you get an email with a download link — not a PDF attached to the message. Anyone can confirm a certificate on the public /verify page. You can also download from your event profile after the event.
What does a registration fee notice mean?
If the organizer published a fee, the notice is informational: pay via their link or instructions (card, purchase order, or check). Readyhall never takes the money. Your status — unpaid, PO on file, paid, waived, or refunded — is recorded only by the organizer.
Can I message other attendees?
Only if your organizer enabled messaging or community features for that event. Disabled features do not appear in the navigation. See Use Community for the five Community channels.
Who do I contact for event questions?
Ask your event organizer first (they control the program and invites). For product issues, email support@readyhall.com.
